Bonus rules
Eligibility and stacking
Bonuses are limited to one instance per user, IP address, device, household, residential address, phone number, payment method and email address. Breaking this rule may lead to confiscation of bonus winnings. Only one bonus can be active at a time, and deposit bonuses do not stack.
Timing and stake limits
Unless an offer says otherwise, a bonus is valid for 14 days from receipt and the maximum bet while wagering is 7.5 AUD. Bet limits also count doubled bets after a finished round and bonus rounds bought inside a game. With an active bonus, your real money is wagered before bonus money. If the bonus period ends before wagering is complete, all bonus money and winnings are void.
Winnings caps
Unless an offer states otherwise, winnings from deposit bonuses are capped at 5x the deposit that activated the bonus and at 7,500 AUD. Deposit free-spin winnings follow the same rule with a cap of 5x the activating deposit and 150 AUD. Winnings from tournaments, local jackpots, loyalty bonuses and other bonuses are capped at 15,000 AUD where no other figure is given. Anything above a cap cannot be withdrawn and is cancelled.
Game contribution
Not every game counts the full bet amount towards wagering. Slots count 100% of the bet, apart from classic slots. Table games such as baccarat, blackjack and Hi-Lo count 5%, as do video poker, roulette and poker, apart from their live dealer versions. Live games count 5% too.

Cancellation and withdrawal
You can cancel a bonus before you start wagering it without any loss of your own funds. Once wagering has started, cancelling removes the bonus amount and any winnings gained during the play. Withdrawing your deposit before wagering is complete forfeits the bonus and winnings.
Balance and currency rules

Self-exclusion
